We both live out of town but every time we come to Atascadero we stop at this amazing coffee shop. Everything on the menu is truly AMAZING but the owners are beautiful people who know everyone by name including us! Honestly, if this wonderful gem were in Santa Barbara where we live there would be lines out to the street all day, everyday! Thank you, Paul Kindly, John and Eileen

Very good coffee brew. Great sitting area outside and inside cafe. And best if all family owned and operated. Will be coming here a lot more often.

Fantastic spot for coffee. Probably the best that I’ve had during this road trip from San Jose to Pismo Beach. Well worth a drop by.

In a world full of corporate coffee shops chains, Malibu brew is a welcome relief. It’s locally owned and the owners (Paul and Lakhena) are there every day. By your third visit they will know you and your order before you get to the register. My favorite food item (a MUST have) is the jalapeño honey cheese bagel. I like the mocha lattes as well. The cups are insulated so it’s not too hot for your hand, no latte sleeve needed. The owners keep the prices very fair even with inflation. It’s hard to find somewhere that feels and is family owned these days, so definitely give this place a try. There’s indoor seating as well as a patio for warmer days, and plenty of parking.

Cute coffee shop with a peaceful patio. The ice cream was great and so was the coffee if you like dark roast. I recommend the honey latte with cinnamon and honey. The service was superior; some of the nicest folks in atasacadero.
